Using Lean Thinking to Become a Better Service Designer
In today’s climate of uncertainty and technological change, service designers need to add new skills to keep up to date. In this hands-on workshop, we will explore how you can think like a scientist and add lean methods to your service design toolkit. We will cover concepts such as experimentation design, validated learning, and lean analytics to measure success in uncertain environments. You will work in groups to think of innovative ideas and test these ideas in real-time. Let’s put on our lab coats and design the future!

About the Speaker –
Akanksa Chaubal is a multi-disciplinary designer, strategist and technologist originally from Toronto. She currently works at Bionic, where she helps seed and launch startups that discover and solve new customer problems for F500 companies by leveraging entrepreneurship and venture capital mindsets.
