Intimate Chat with Co-Authors  of “This is Service Design Doing” About Experience Prototypes and SD Education

The NYC Service Design Collective welcomes Adam Lawrence (in from Germany) and Marc Stickdorn (in from Austria) to New York! We are excited to have Antonio Iadarola of Studio Wé host a discussion with them around the value of crafting experience prototypes and talk about the various forms of education and training in Service Design. Adam is co-initiator of the Global Service Jam, the world’s largest service innovation and experience design event, and co-author, along with Marc, of “This is Service Design Doing” (links to both the jam and book below). The informal and interactive setting will offer the opportunity to learn about their journey as facilitators and authors of their last book ‘This is Service Design Doing’ to reflect together on what we have achieved in the design community and what new opportunities we have to help organizations and people through design.
