We will have pizza for you and our panelists will share their “Journey into Service Design” by answering a list of pre-set questions before releasing the discussion to the audience. We can’t wait to celebrate International Service Design Day with you!

Jennifer Bove is Head of Design for Commercial Digital Channels & Treasury Management at Capital One

Jenn believes in the power of human-centered design to transform businesses and improve people’s lives, one service at a time. She thinks technology is most powerful when it invisibly enables seamless, real-world interactions, both on and offline. Jenn leads design for Treasury Management and Digital Channels for Capital One’s Commercial Bank, where she focuses on providing tools and services that help companies manage their day-to-day to finances and so they can focus on managing their business.

Chirryl-Lee (Chi) Ryan is Design Coach, Leader, Writer, Speaker, Host of This is HCD Podcast and Director of Experience at Idean

Chi is a NYC-based Australian transdisciplinary design practitioner, coach, leader, speaker and podcast host, specializing in experience design. Merging different disciplines to produce radical outcomes, Chi make things for humans – and humanity. As Director of Experience at Idean, a global experience design firm on a mission to improve people’s lives through design, Chi evangelizes the Idean mantra of a curious approach, fearless execution and inspirational impact. Antonio Cesare Iadarola is Ph.D. in Design, Service and Industrial Designer, Co-founder of Studio Wé

Antonio is a professor in industrial design and design thinking at Beijing Institute of Technology and co-leader of the Service Design professional trainings at Central Saint Martins, London. He is currently active as a Service Design consultant for the private and public sector as co-founder of Studio Wé (together with his business partner Antonio Starnino), a Work Design studio that helps organizations design the way they work, by linking their strategic goals to the development of tailored methods & tools and workplace design.

Marshall Sitten is Vice President of Communications & Service Design at Citi Community Development

Marshall is Vice President of Communications and Service Design for Citi Community Development, the unit which leads Citi’s work in expanding financial empowerment for low-income and underserved communities. He teaches graduate courses on Service Design at the School of Visual Arts, and is a co-founder and head of the NYC Service Design community.
